ServiceNow Administrator

We are looking for a ServiceNow administrator for a role we have with our client FedPoint. This is a on-site role at Portsmouth, NH and not remote.

Duty # - Responsibility - Time

ServiceNow Platform Administration

Maintain stability and usability of all Production and Non-Production instances.

Monitor system performance. Identify errors and lead remediation efforts in coordination with internal and external resources.

Plan and lead platform and instance upgrades.

Manage plug-ins, integrations & spokes.

Manage platform incident support. Act as a liaison between FedPoint and ServiceNow support teams.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

In coordination with FedPoint security teams, ensure platform is safe and secure, meeting all necessary requirements under OPM's ATO guidelines.

Contribute to audit evaluations and plan/execute remediations to findings.

Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to document overall platform design, help analyze impacts of new requirements, and maintain a detailed view of the ServiceNow architecture.

Partner with the Platform Owner to ensure the platform architecture supports enterprise goals, demand management, and build teams are in alignment.

Participate in Enterprise technical governance meetings. Collaborates closely with IT teams to ensure alignment across all technical solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize platform usage.

May require off-hours support - 60%

Development, Testing, Implementation and Production Support

Develop, configure, and customize (only when necessary) ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Angular, and other web technologies.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through REST API, SOAP API, and other integration methods.

Provide configuration assistance to developers, leading best practices in design and implementation, process engineering, and end user experience.

Deliver new functionality across applications.

Support the entire development lifecycle. - 30%

Team Mentoring & Support

Provide coaching and training support to team members in 1:1 and small group settings.

Provide feedback to management team on opportunities for team training and coaching. - 10%
