We seek a senior Environment & Energy associate who will work closely with experienced lawyers, receive active mentoring, and assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Six to nine years of experience advising clients on electric power regulatory matters. Strong legal drafting skills and legal research skills. Experience with administrative litigation before FERC. Self‑starter ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong legal writing, academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will collaborate with senior attorneys, manage client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the continued success of our practice. Compensation Base compensation ranges from $350,000 to $415,000 per year. The exact package will be determined during the interview process and will consider experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors.
