About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to lead its global communications, brand, and digital channels. This role involves leading media relations, digital communications, executive messaging, and major organizational campaigns, as well as ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards across all channels. The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing the global brand and communications team, overseeing the team budget, and maintaining organizational brand guidelines. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in communications, public relations, digital media, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a management role. Expertise in policy, advocacy, or international development organizations is essential. The role requires a strategic leader with strong writing, messaging, and collaboration skills, who can navigate and influence within complex, global matrixed organizations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and empathetic team player, a creative problem-solver with a growth mindset, and have a passion for the mission of the organization. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages such as French and German is a plus.
