BD Training Architect for Global Law Firm Growth

Arnold & Porter is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development Training to lead the design and execution of a firmwide BD training program, spanning associates to partners. The role partners with senior leadership to define priorities, build curricula, and deliver programs across offices in New York and Washington, DC, with both virtual and in-person formats.
Candidates should have 7+ years in BD or professional development, strong instructional design, and ability to travel; base salary
