Warehouse Manager Opportunity

Urban Signature Appliances of Mcallen/Brownsville is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managing warehouse
• Knowledge of appliance installation required
• Must have a valid state issued driver license
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs., and use hand wheeled carts to move appliances
• Strong drive for results
• Action oriented
• Strong execution and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of store and retail operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Job Summary

• The warehouse manager is responsible for providing leadership to a core team of associates responsible for the receiving and replenishment of merchandise ensuring the sales floor is well presented and product is available for sale to the customer.
• The warehouse manager is responsible for supervising and directly participating in the delivery of merchandise to customers homes
• Ensures that the store and delivery team adheres to safety policies and procedures including protocol for maintaining delivery vehicles
• Assists with store tasks including unloading trucks, loading customer vehicles, & moving product on the sales floor
• Supervises hourly delivery associates and actively participates in delivery activities
