You will analyze customer behavior across Phones, Digital, and Email channels and translate insights into targeted omni-channel marketing recommendations. You will design experiments (A/B, factorial) to test offers and strategies, leading modeling and forecasting efforts, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
