Market Manager Central America

PositionWe are looking for a Market Manager Central America to join our Sales team and play a key role in driving the growth and development of our business across the region.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for defining and executing the market strategy, strengthening our Routes to Market, developing our brands, and driving sustainable commercial performance across Central America.Job ResponsabilitiesBuild the 3-year strategic vision and co-construct annual business plans with Route-to-Market partners.Lead budget and Latest Estimates (LEs) preparation, reporting and follow-up.Drive business development by identifying and managing the most appropriate Routes to Market across markets and channels.Set commercial targets by distribution channel and brand, closely monitoring sales performance, market penetration and depletions.Recommend pricing strategies and implement corrective action plans when required.Monitor A&P investments, activation plans and ROI in collaboration with distributors.Produce accurate sales forecasts to effectively manage stocks and depletions.ProfileWe are looking for a commercially driven professional with a strategic mindset, strong business acumen and the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and business partners.Additional InformationContractPermanent JobExperienceMinimum 5 yearsTypeFull TimeFunctionSales
