Industrial Machinery Operations Technician Quick Facts

Pay: $21.00/hour (eligibility for increase after full-time conversion)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule

12-Hour Rotating Schedule (3-2-2-3 Rotation)
Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Every other weekend is part of the rotation

Core Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
Stage materials, execute machine changeovers, and adjust tooling/settings
Measure parts, verify specifications, and complete production documentation
Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications

Background in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
Competent with basic math and computer tasks
Strong attendance, detail orientation, and safety focus
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for 12-hour shifts
Comfort working in an environment without climate control

Hiring Requirements

Pass a 7-year background check
Pass a 9-panel drug screen
Forklift training and certification provided
