As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Detail in Toledo, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This role combines customer service, communication, and security-related awareness with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to acting with integrity while putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, helping to identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and orderly movement throughout the location.
• Communicate with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed, providing assistance and relaying security-related information in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
