Washington State Department OF Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Engineer 2 to join our team in Seattle as the Quality Verification Engineer. In this critical role, you’ll help ensure the quality, safety, and long-term performance of Washington’s transportation infrastructure by verifying that construction materials, testing, sampling, and documentation meet contract requirements and WSDOT standards. Working closely with contractors, project teams, and key stakeholders, you’ll perform quality verification audits, coordinate with adjacent projects, and play an essential role in delivering successful transportation projects that serve communities across the state.
