At Capital Automotive, we're looking for a quick, sharp, and motivated Automotive Express Technician who thrives in a fast-paced service lane. You'll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road by delivering efficient, high-quality maintenance services with speed and accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify potential vehicle concerns
• Mount, balance, and rotate tires with precision
• Check tire tread depth and make recommendations for replacement
• Replace air, cabin, and fuel filters per manufacturer guidelines
• Test and replace batteries as needed
• Inspect brake systems and communicate wear or service needs
• Accurately document all services performed
• Follow safety protocols and properly use PPE
• Support the team with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in automotive service or express maintenance preferred
• Strong foundation in basic vehicle maintenance (oil, tires, inspections)
• ASE certifications are a plusbut not required
• A team-first mindset with solid communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
