Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the upcoming the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week Start Date: August 2026 Location: In-person, Maywood-Melrose Park-Broadview School District 89 Role Focus: Coach and support school staff Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams Set and support academic and behavioral goals Create teacher-friendly data collection systems Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders This role does not include RBT supervision Qualifications Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois School-based experience preferred and IL PEL preferred Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits: medical, dental, vision 401(k) with employer match Reimbursements for licensing, CEUs, and professional costs Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate W2 employee General and professional liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time and donation matching for nonprofit organizations Why Work With Us Ampersand Therapy was founded by therapists who understand what it’s like to be in your shoes.
