Full Time Tukwila, WA, US Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 with potential for additional compensation About Us RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is a technology-enabled property management service and platform focused primarily on single-family rental homes and small residential portfolios across the United States. Originally known as Renters Warehouse, the company was rebranded in April 2026 after being acquired by GA Technologies. Summary The Leasing Agent is responsible for managing the performance of active rental listings and executing the tenant placement process from listing activation through lease execution and move‑in. This role works closely with Listing Coordinators, Leasing Inspectors, Leasing Transaction Coordinators, and centralized leasing teams to ensure properties are marketed effectively, qualified tenants are secured, and property owners receive consistent communication and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Own the performance of active rental listings from activation through tenant placement.
2. Monitor showing activity, inquiries, and applications to ensure strong listing performance.
3. Review listing accuracy across marketing platforms including RentFeeder, MLS, and syndication sites.
4. Adjust showing strategies, availability, and marketing details to improve leasing velocity.
5. Conduct periodic property checks for vacant listings to ensure property condition and security.
6. Manage tenant inquiries generated through company marketing channels and self‑showing platforms.
7. Review applicant activity and monitor screening progress through screening systems.
8. Present qualified applicants to property owners for final approval.
9. Coordinate lease term negotiations and finalize lease terms with property owners.
10. Ensure all required leasing information is accurately entered into company systems prior to lease execution.
11. Provide weekly listing updates to property owners including showing activity, feedback, and recommendations.
12. Communicate pricing adjustments, marketing recommendations, and leasing strategies to improve listing performance.
13. Coordinate with Listing Coordinators to ensure listings are activated accurately and timely.
14. Work with Leasing Inspectors to ensure properties are rent‑ready and prepared for showings.
15. Coordinate pre‑move‑in inspections and ensure all lease execution requirements are met.
16. Confirm required funds, lease documents, and insurance documentation are completed prior to move‑in.
17. Ensure all leasing activities comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
18. Maintain accurate records of owner communication, applicant information, and leasing activity within company systems.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements typically include strong customer service skills, organization, familiarity with property management or leasing processes, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with cloud-based software and office applications. Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to communicate well and provide exceptional customer service. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrate Honesty, Trustworthiness & Accountability. Must have a driver’s license, clean driving record and dependable transportation Education and/or Experience High School Diploma, GED, and 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field, with some leadership and supervisory experience.
