RN Coordinator - Infusion

Description RN Coordinator – Providence Home Services – Oregon Schedule: Full Time / Days Responsibilities: The RN Coordinator will plan and coordinate new referrals, provide phone triage for existing patients, and manage onsite office activities. The role may also deliver direct nursing services and case‑management for infusion therapy to patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living sites. These duties involve collaboration with providers, patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.
