Now Hiring: Full-Time Housekeeper & Housekeeping Supervisor

• Keep resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas clean, fresh, and inviting

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces

• Disinfect high-touch areas to help maintain a safe and sanitary environment

• Safely handle trash and follow proper procedures for biohazard waste

• Restock essential supplies, including soap, paper products, and linens

• Assist with room turnover and special cleaning projects

• Report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns promptly

• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures

• Respect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

• Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness

For the Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff and daily assignments

• Ensure cleaning schedules and department standards are consistently followed

• Monitor the quality of housekeeping services throughout the facility

• Train and assist team members with proper cleaning and infection-control procedures

• Help maintain adequate housekeeping supplies and inventory

• Communicate staffing, maintenance, and housekeeping concerns to management

• Provide leadership and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred

• Healthcare, nursing home, or long-term care experience is a plus

• Housekeeping Supervisor: Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
