Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician
Our organization is actively looking for a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join the team at St. Peters Primary Care located in Saratoga Springs, NY . This is a fantastic chance to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation!
Situated at 4 Congress Place in Saratoga Springs, we are eager to welcome a physician to our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and show a strong dedication to delivering top-notch healthcare to the communities we serve. Candidates must be Board Certified and hold a valid license to practice in New York.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Current New York State licensure.
- DEA registration is required.
- A strong passion for primary care across all age demographics.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary with potential earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 , which reflects the starting total compensation and excludes additional productivity bonuses and incentives.
- A signing bonus of $75,000 .
- A retention bonus of $25,000 .
- Compensation for residents, up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance.
- Paid malpractice insurance, including coverage after employment ends.
- Allowance for continuing medical education (CME) time and expenses.
- Paid time off from practice duties.
- A two-part retirement savings plan with employer matching.
- Loan repayment options: Our institution qualifies for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
