Assembler - 2nd shift

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Performassemblyandsub-assemblyofproductsbyfollowingstandardworkinstructionsandmechanicalblueprintsusinghandtoolsandpowertoolsatanadjustable-heightworkstation.

• Testproductsusingmeasuringtools,includingcalipers,andtestingequipmentforelectroniccomponentsasrequired.

• Troubleshootandreworkproductsthatdonotmeettestingstandardsthroughdisassembly,reassembly,andadditionaltesting.

• Accuratelytracktheprogressandcompletionofworkorders,includingassociatedscrap,withintheERPsystem.

• Useoverheadassist/liftequipmenttosafelymovelargerpartsandfinishedproductstoandfromworkstations.

• Packagefinishedproductsandpreparethemforshipmentonpallets.

• Maintainasafe,organized,andquality-focusedworkenvironment.

• Supportadditionaldutiesandresponsibilitiesasassigned.

• Abilitytocarryobjectsandperformphysicalactivitiesincludingreaching,stretching,bending,andtwistingthroughouttheworkday.

• Abilitytofollowwrittenandverbalinstructionswhilemaintainingqualityandsafetystandards.

• Abilitytoperformotherdutiesasassigned.
