SEO/AEO Manager

To support a growing global digital marketing team, the full-time Global SEO/AEO Manager will oversee technical site health and architecture across 60+ regional websites, lead AI-driven search strategies, and integrate insights with content teams to enhance digital visibility remotely. Key responsibilities Manage global SEO foundations by overseeing technical site health, indexing performance, and site architecture Pioneer AI & Generative Search strategies, optimizing metadata and content tagging through automation tools Track performance and build insights by developing dashboards to monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a large B2B organization managing multi-site digital ecosystems Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and enterprise platforms such as BrightEdge and SEMrush Proven ability to translate search intent and behavioral data into actionable optimization strategies Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
