If interested please contact: Bryan Kaiser – View email address on click.appcast.io What You'll Do: Act as the primary financial partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving insights and supporting strategic decisions Own the monthly close, financial reporting, and overall accuracy of financial statements Manage invoicing (up to 100 per week) and maintain clear visibility into cash flow Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development to support growth objectives Oversee outsourced payroll, tax, and compliance functions Manage commission calculations and partner with sales leadership on performance and profitability Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and financial reporting Support scaling efforts by building a strong financial foundation and future team structure What Experience You'll Have: 5+ years of progressive experience across accounting and finance Strong command of financial statements, close processes, and forecasting Experience operating in a hands‑on or standalone finance role Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a fast‑paced environment What Experience is Nice to Have: Experience in a services or project‑based business Exposure to commission structures or sales‑driven financial models Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency and reporting By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI‑generated calls, text messages, or emails from Vernovis and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
