About the Position

Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent experience in specialty required; 2 years preferred. Will consider candidates with 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license. License: Registered Nurse license (State of Alabama or compact license required). Certifications: AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, AHANI, Red Cross certifications required; PALS preferred if working in pediatric unit. Must-Have: Willingness to float to other units and hospitals. Description: The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit provides complex monitoring and treatment of adult cardiac patients. The unit receives patients from various areas requiring specialized cardiac care. Nurses must exhibit a high level of professional competency. Collaboration with all disciplines of the care team is essential to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
