Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Willmar, MN. The Rehab Director will recruit and train therapy staff, develop and implement therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. This treating leadership role requires balancing clinical treatment with program management and staff supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state license, certification, or registration required to start in the applicable discipline.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or SNF setting preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting required.
• Familiarity with productivity expectations and ability to meet 70-75% productivity while performing treating leadership duties.
• Experience with staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy programs and to coordinate interdisciplinary care.
