About the Role Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing daily investment reports to support portfolio management team Work alongside team of portfolio managers, analysts and traders to improve efficiency of daily workflow Attend meetings with members across the organization to evaluate new opportunities for client portfolios Develop new tools and reports to aid in the idea generation, portfolio construction and monitoring processes Learning how investment ideas from research get expressed in client portfolios Develop an understanding of the Investment Grade Corporate bond market, and broader fixed income markets through market research, investment discussions, and interaction with portfolio managers and analysts. Base Pay & Salary The estimated hourly rate for this role is $32.75 per hour. We have a pay‑for‑performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives depending on the role.
