Parts Department Associate - Harley-DavidsonSan Jose, CA

San Jose Harley-Davidson is looking to expand our Parts Team  now . Prior experience as a Harley-Davidson Parts Associate recommended. Mechanical knowledge preferred. 

What Will I Do Every Day?

• Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide extraordinary customer service
• Operate cash registers
• Achieve established goals
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
• Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status
• Read and understand parts catalogs when looking up and speaking to specific parts
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers

What Are the Requirements?

• Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills

• Prior auto/motorcycle parts sales experience (preferred)

• Ability to provide exception customer service

• Ability to achieve targeted goals

• Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents

• High School Diploma or equivalent
