Base pay range $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Ultimate Staffing Senior Market Manager @ Ultimate Staffing | Driving Talent Solutions Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across departments. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish to effectively engage diverse candidate pools and support hiring across bilingual teams. Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate roles Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements Manage ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies Facilitate a positive candidate experience in both English and Spanish Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of recruiting experience Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Experience with ATS platforms preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
