Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Jacksonville, FL and provide end-user support. This is a 3 month Contract with possibility of extensions. The working hours will be 6AM to 3:30PM.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support for onsite users to include executive level support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
• Device and user management through MS Intune
• Troubleshooting Windows 11 OS, Office 365, MS Authentication and mobile issues
• Perform setup and provisioning of equipment to business users
• Managing Team Service Now Ticket queue (Meeting Ticket SLAs)
• Driving issue to resolution through engagement/escalation to other support teams (when required)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 5+ years of related desktop experience, both deskside and remote
• Windows 11 OS experience required
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow / Remedy / ConnectWise)
• Microsoft Intune experience desired
• Must have a valid drivers license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation
• Must have the ability to travel to other locations as needed

Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
