You\'ll: Review project plans, specifications, and customer requirements Analyze material, labor, and production costs Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals Communicate with customers to clarify project requirements Organize and maintain project and quote information Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids Every project is different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys critical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Experience: 1 – 3 years Who Thrives in This Role? We\'re looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with numbers and technical information Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Curious and motivated to learn Strong written and verbal communication via email/phone calls Interested in building a long-term career in estimating and project management Preferred Qualifications Experience in cost estimating, construction, manufacturing, steel fabrication, or a related field Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Experience with Microsoft Excel and other business software Knowledge of structural steel, steel fabrication, or construction processes is helpful but not required PHYSICAL DEMANDS Extended Sitting and working on the computer; standing and/or walking Ability to view computer monitor Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding #J-18808-Ljbffr
