** Revenue Cycle Specialist ** Compensation
- Pay rate: $ 19.57 per hour
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Training: First 1–2 weeks fully onsite , then hybrid schedule
** Revenue Cycle Specialist Responsibilities: **
- Process customer invoicing and related administrative duties
- Accurately post and record customer payments/checks
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoices to secure payment
- Investigate and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
- Provide friendly, professional phone support
- Assist with backup duties and project-based assignments as needed
** Revenue Cycle Specialist QUALIFICATIONS: **
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred
- Accounts Receivable / accounting experience strongly preferred
- Self-starter, motivated, investigative, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
