Scope of Work The Lead Registered Behavior Technician (LRBT) will report to the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst at Oakwood's Center for Exceptional Families. Responsibilities • Orientation and training of Registered Behavior Technicians

• Problem solving direct patient care issues
• Participation in writing group curriculum
• Data graphing

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of relevant experience Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association or Red Cross Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Behavior Analyst Certification Board Upon hire, completion of advanced CRT credentials is required Location & Schedule Primary Location: Beaumont Children’s Center – 18501 Rotunda Dr, Dearborn. Department: Center for Exceptional Families Autism Center HOPD – Dearborn. Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Monday to Friday; Scheduled Hours: 40 per week.
