What’s a typical day as  Operations Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Creating, entering, and managing complex customer orders through phone or electronic channels.
• Handling escalated issues and supporting customer relationships within assigned business specialty areas.
• Managing service complaints and inquiries to ensure close-loop resolution and compliance with department SOPs and SOX regulations.
• Serving as Case Owner for escalated issues, conducting investigations, and communicating updates to relevant parties.
• Following up on open inquiries, escalating unresolved calls to subject matter experts, and ensuring completion of service requests.
• Reviewing order error and hold reports, updating customer information in order management systems, and notifying appropriate parties of process changes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have prior experience in customer service, HR operations, or a related field (required).
• Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Are comfortable navigating electronic order management systems and following established SOPs.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
