Warehouse Forklift Operator / General Laborer

As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks (EPJ), and other material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management in support of daily warehouse operations. This role supports daily warehouse operations through loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation of products while upholding CJ Logistics America’s safety and quality standards. Work Details Pay Rate: $20.28 Schedule: Day Shift – Mon 7am – 3:30pm, Tue – Fri 5:30am – 3:30pm General Labor duties: 70% | Forklift Operating duties: 30% Responsibilities Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy. Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets. Perform manual case picking as directed. Pre‑prep products for shipment with accuracy and care. Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies. Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving. Perform other duties within your training and expertise. Qualifications At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience. Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently. Battery and propane safety training/certification (bonus). Team player who works toward common goals. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliability – dependable presence. Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse environment.
