They will be able to help facilitate business meetings in conjunction with the implementation team to drive business requirements in the areas of Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management. This position will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, testing, etc., as well as on boarding business groups to the new tool. The role will also entail several elements of project management, including defining and adhering to a schedule with deliverables, the ability to work independently, and potentially supervise / oversee the work of others. This role will also will be able to configure and develop core and custom solutions in an expanding ServiceNow environment. You will work with the ServiceNow functional and admin teams in the design, development and implementation of ServiceNow applications, provide architectural input and maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are used at all times.
