Overview

We are seeking an Office Service/Hospitality/Shipping & Receiving Site Manager to join our team at IST Management Services in Inglewood, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in customer relationship and people management, expert customer service, corporate hospitatlity service delivery and strong leadership abilities. Hourly Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Site Manager will manage an on-site team to support the office service, shipping & receiving, mail and hospitality operations in the corporate facility. Additional duties include:

• Office Services - Copier maintenance - Key-op duties, paper stocking, supply procurement, troubleshooting equipment issues
• Corporate Hospitality - Including ownership of environment presentation of conference room facilities
• Shipping & Receiving - Maintain accurate records of mail and packages, utilize available package tracking technology to ensure chain of custody and accountability
• Communication - Maintain timely and effective written and oral communications with internal and external customer
• Administrative Tasks - Complete as assigned
• Reporting - Provide daily/weekly/monthly volume reports in accordance with established policy
• Training - Support and coordinate staff training and floater training
• Floater Coverage - Coordinate PTO coverage with Ops Manager

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills as well as hands-on experience using Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a corporate or law firm setting is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required
• Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
• Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
• Competency in multitasking
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
