Senior Manager, Endpoint & Trusted Environments

Senior Manager, Endpoint & Trusted Environments Circle, a global digital asset and payment platform, is looking for an experienced security leader to serve as the primary security partner for the company’s most sensitive environments, including executive and leadership stakeholders, physical sites, co‑location facilities, and the operating device fleet worldwide. Responsibilities • Own end‑to‑end design, implementation, and lifecycle management of security controls for executive and leadership environments. • Own the strategy and operational management of the endpoint and mobile security program, ensuring consistent, auditable protection across the global device fleet. • Act as the direct interface with senior leadership, providing high‑touch, customer‑focused security guidance and day‑to‑day support. • Travel to Circle locations worldwide to implement, validate, and maintain security controls across diverse operating environments. • Develop and execute a roadmap for continuous improvement of endpoint and mobile security capabilities in response to evolving threats and regulatory requirements. • Partner cross‑functionally with IT, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Facilities to align security controls with regulatory, audit, and contractual obligations. • Collaborate with the broader Security Architecture team to integrate endpoint, mobile, and location security decisions into Circle’s overall security program and zero‑trust strategy. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers focused on endpoint and mobile security operations and high‑trust environment management. Qualifications • Proven communication and stakeholder‑influence skills with direct experience engaging C‑suite and senior leadership; preference for VIP security background. • Minimum 7+ years of security engineering or operations experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity managing endpoint security programs or executive security environments. • Demonstrated experience owning and operating an enterprise endpoint and mobile security program, including tools such as CrowdStrike, Uptycs, Zscaler, or WorkspaceOne, and device compliance frameworks at scale. • Experience securing physical office and co‑location environments, including physical‑logical security integration, access control frameworks, and site security assessments across a global footprint. • Familiarity with security requirements unique to digital asset environments, such as privileged access management, air‑gapped system controls, and stringent audit trail requirements. • Strong collaborative skills and ability to partner with cross‑functional teams, including IT, Facilities, Legal, and Compliance, to foster a proactive security culture. • Adept at conducting risk assessments across physical and logical security domains and translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. • Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements in the financial or blockchain/digital asset industry. • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Apple macOS, iOS, Google Workspace, CrowdStrike, Iru, Zscaler, Proofpoint, AWS, Tines, and Github is desirable.
