Automotive Store Manager

$45,000–$55,000 base + uncapped monthly profit sharing | Stone Mountain, GA

If you know how to drive sales, lead a team and take ownership of a store's performance, RAW Wheels & Tires wants to talk with you.

We're looking for an experienced automotive retail/service leader who can own the day-to-day operation of a RAW Wheels & Tires location—from sales and customer experience to staffing, inventory and profitability.

This isn't a desk-manager position. You'll be expected to know what's happening with your customers, your team and your numbers—and take action when something isn't performing.

What You Can Expect

• $45,000–$55,000 base salary
• Uncapped monthly profit sharing tied to store profitability
• Historically, profit sharing at a well-performing store has been approximately $900–$1,300/month; incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed

What You'll Own

• Store sales, profitability and P&L performance
• Recruiting, training, scheduling and developing your team
• Customer experience and issue resolution
• Sales and lease-to-own activity
• Inventory, cash and asset controls
• Collections and account performance
• Installation workflow, productivity and safety
• Expense control and operational accountability
• Execution of company processes and performance expectations

What We're Looking For

• Automotive service, tire or related automotive management experience
• Proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable
• Strong sales mentality and ability to drive store performance
• Understanding of store financials, expenses and profitability
• Confidence handling customers, employees and operational problems
• Comfortable working with reports, inventory and performance metrics
• Stable work history and a coachable, hands-on leadership style
• Availability to work the retail schedule, including Saturdays
