Real Estate Listing Coordinator - Field Operations

My team is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional person to join us as our Field Operations & Listing Coordinator.This is a full-time, flexible role that will include some evening and weekend assistance. It is ideal for someone who loves organization, thrives behind the scenes, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled with care. It's the perfect fit for someone who enjoys a mix of office and field work and wants to play an important role in delivering an outstanding client experience. This person will be responsible for coordinating everything that helps our listings shine. From property preparation and MLS management to marketing implementation, vendor coordination, lockboxes, signage, caravan and open house prep, inspections, and everything in between. Throughout the year, they will help execute a variety of community events and fundraisers.
