Salary: 19.00 - 21.00

Pay range: $19.00 to $21.00 DOE

Express is hiring for an internal Temporary Front Office Coordinator . We are looking for someone who can provide world-class customer service! We take pride in developing employees into their fullest potential using a combination of online and in-person training, frequent coaching, and support toward personal and professional development goals.

K ey Tasks

• World-class customer service in person, by phone, and electronically
• Handling multiple phone lines all day
• Constant use of a proprietary database
• Updating job postings across recruiting platforms to ensure listings are current

Key Skills

• Spanish/English bilingual preferred
• Ability to easily transition between task priorities that are constantly changing (heavy multitasking) - e.g. switching from developing social media or web content to responding to phone calls from moment to moment
• Data entry skills and ability to type while on the phone with a headset
• Ability to quickly pick up the tech stack
• Administrative support and/or customer service experience preferred
• Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook skills or similar software such as Google Suite

Schedule

This is a Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm full-time position.

Compensation

Pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 DOE on experience and verified skills.
