Production Technician

A rapidly growing market leader is seeking a top performer for their Production Mechanic position. This position reports to the Production and Compliance Operations Manager. Responsibilities Assembly of complex and/or custom compressor packages using hand tools, gantry crane and pallet jack Installation of electrical and mechanical systems inside custom-engineered container packages containing compressors Follow project drawings (blueprints and schematics) to assemble the complete package to meet customer specifications Interface with the production engineer and other internal customers to resolve electrical and mechanical issues on the production floor Mechanical troubleshooting – Diagnosis of issues related to reciprocating compressors Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety and quality requirements Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Experience Energetic and self-motivated Team Player Maintains high level of responsibility and accountability Quick learner and adapts well Benefits & Compensation Salary commensurate with experience Company subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401K with 3% Safe Harbor Match, Performance Bonus, 13 paid vacations days, 5 paid sick days and 12 paid holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
