Staff Machine Learning Engineer, LLM Fine‑Tuning (Verilog/RTL Applications)

We are looking for a Staff ML Engineer to lead fine-tuning and deployment of LLM‑based solutions for code/RTL workflows in a secure, privacy‑first enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead LLM fine‑tuning, evaluation, and production deployment .
• Design secure AWS‑based ML pipelines (Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Build robust model evaluation and inference systems .
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience; 5+ years in ML/LLMs .
• Strong hands‑on with PyTorch, Hugging Face, LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT .
• Experience deploying LLMs on AWS in secure enterprise setups.
• Strong system design and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to code/RTL, Verilog, or EDA workflows .
• Experience with RAG, constrained decoding, inference optimization .
