Base Hub Therapy in one of four localities. Responsibilities Allocated a delegated caseload by the qualified AHP and work independently, assessing patient care needs, modifying treatment plans, and delivering care within scope of practice, including progressing, reassessing and discharging patients. Support qualified AHP staff by taking an active clinical role within the specialist clinical area in accordance with evidence‑based protocols. Delegate tasks to other team members, maximise use of technology such as telehealth, and adopt new ways of working to support efficient service delivery. Qualifications Current membership/record of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult). Compliance with legislative changes effective from 1 April 2025 concerning the level of criminal record checks required for regulated roles.
