About the Role:

As a Crumbl Baker, you're the magic behind the cookies! You'll be mixing, baking, and presenting our signature cookies with precision, care, and consistency - all while bringing positive energy and top-tier service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Bake and prepare Crumbl cookies according to brand standards and weekly rotating menu
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
Accurately follow recipes and portion controls
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (mixers, ovens, timers, etc.
Package cookies with care and attention to presentation
Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory restocking
Provide excellent customer service when needed (register, greeting, etc.)
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Availability for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed
No prior baking experience required - we'll train you!
