The Bilingual Recruiter plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for the organization. This position requires strong communication skills in multiple languages to effectively engage candidates and clients. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the recruiter will work within an in-house team and collaborate with external agency partners to support the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pool
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
• Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide updates
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations
• Support candidate onboarding to ensure smooth transitions
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage job boards
• Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
• Assess candidate skills and cultural fit during the selection process
• Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics
• Maintain and manage a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong bilingual communication skills
• Proficiency in interviewing and sourcing techniques
• Experience in employee onboarding and offer negotiation
• Demonstrated ability in relationship building and time management
• Cultural competency to work effectively with diverse candidates and clients
