Operations Analyst - Pledge Mortgage

Pledge Mortgage Operations Analyst supports the Private Banking Operations – Pledge Mortgage team , focusing on origination, servicing, and reporting for residential mortgages. The role involves daily operational tasks , client servicing , and process improvement to ensure smooth handling of pledge-related activities. Base Pay Range : $25.00/hr - $25.00/hr Key Responsibilities Review client collateral and determine funding requirements. Set up and maintain pledged asset records. Monitor and respond to servicing requests from branch offices. Review and elevate risk reports. Manage client documentation and approvals. Handle client inquiries (calls and emails) professionally. Identify and elevate issues with recommendations for resolution. Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and client service skills. Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability. Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable. Knowledge of Access Database and SQL preferred. Good understanding of financial products and operations.
