Job Description

The company is looking to add a part-time technician to their growing technical team. No experience is necessary. Full training will be provided. Flexible hours 20-35 hours per week. Ideal for students. Responsibilities include programming and testing medical alert systems, entering and updating information in multiple software, delivering equipment locally when needed (car is provided), creating and shipping orders, accepting returns, and troubleshooting devices over the phone or in person. Requirements include attention to details and organizing the data, a valid driver license and clean driving record, ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks, outgoing personality, ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people of all ages and backgrounds, computer literacy skills (MS Office would be a plus), ability to multitask in a face-paced environment, ability to follow a scheduled route, good verbal and written communication skills, authorized to work in the USA, bilingual is a plus, and must be reliable.
