This role is an equal mix of front-desk operations and foundational accounts payable support, making it an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional looking to grow their accounting skills.We are fully open to junior candidates with the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn!Quick FactsPosition Type: Temp-to-HireWork Location: 100% On-siteSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $23.07 / hourKey ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception DutiesWelcome and greet visitors with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor.Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and general office communications.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and common space.Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.Accounts Payable & Basic AccountingReceive, log, match, and process incoming vendor invoices.Perform accurate data entry into our accounting system.Assist with basic invoice verification, standardizing documentation, and resolving simple discrepancies.Support the accounting department with basic administrative tasks and periodic filing.What We Are Looking ForQualifications & SkillsCommunication & Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook.Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits to manage a dual-responsibility workload.Multitasking: Ability to prioritize effectively and stay calm in a dynamic, busy office environment.Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.Experience & MindsetEntry-level Accounts Payable experience is welcome, but not required —we will train the right candidate!Previous receptionist, office administration, customer service, or entry-level accounting experience is a plus.A positive, team-first attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
