Senior Clinical Research Associate - Psychiatry - Midwest

Senior Clinical Research Associate position with a global CRO supporting psychiatry trials across the Midwest. The role involves managing research activities at clinical trial sites, including study initiation, site training, compliance monitoring, and study closeout, primarily through remote oversight with required regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage research activities and site compliance at participating clinical trial sites
• Conduct study initiation visits and oversee startup activities including regulatory documentation
• Train sites on data collection procedures and safety event reporting protocols
• Monitor site activities during study maintenance and ensure regulatory adherence
• Coordinate site closeout activities upon study conclusion

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• 4-year university degree or nursing degree
• Experience in psychiatry clinical research; GAD experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $97,000.00 - $193,000.00 annually
