Quality Assurance Manager

Job Duties: Coach, mentor, and develop the quality team to foster growth and continuous learning Champion a strong safety culture and implement protective processes Oversee Quality & Environmental Management Systems and cybersecurity compliance Monitor, analyze, and improve site performance using structured problem-solving methods Align quality initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities Support new product and process launches, ensuring manufacturability Lead the calibration program and oversee the quality lab and CMM operations Maintain quality documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements Track, document, and resolve EHS incidents to prevent recurrence Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred) Minimum 5 years of cross-functional experience in Quality Assurance and Operations within high-precision manufacturing Strong understanding of QMS processes and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
