Job Responsibilities Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community. Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (store opening, closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities). Maintain a high level of product knowledge. Provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards at all times. Sales standards. Cash wrap standards. Client book management. Inventory management. Customer and after-sales service. Help clients make selections and assist in the try-on process. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives. Attendance / Reporting for work (UltiPro) – clocking in and out. Navigate through the UltiPro portal. Uniform and grooming standards. Lunch and afternoon breaks. Locker organization at the workplace. Requests for time off and benefits: sick days, vacation days, personal days, and schedule requests. End-of-day procedures (bag checks). Cultivate and maintain excellent client relationships with consistent follow-up, including phone calls, emails, thank-you letters, and shipping merchandise out-of-town. Maintain high productivity (consistently achieve and, where possible, exceed monthly sales targets). Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales. Assist with inventory and special projects as needed. Cover back-of-house as needed and perform various inventory and shipping/receiving tasks. Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times. Understand the terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories. Be proficient with the register system(s). Merchandise product.
