Tasty Beach Cafe is seeking an experienced Grill Cook with strong knowledge of commercial grills, flat-top cooking, and high-volume kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to preparing high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes.
- Operate commercial grills, flat-top griddles, and cooking equipment.
- Manage multiple orders while maintaining consistent ticket times.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and food quality.
- Set up, stock, and organize the grill station.
- Maintain proper portion control and presentation.
- Coordinate with line cooks and kitchen leadership.
- Properly label, date, and store food products.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized grill station.
- Minimize food waste.
- Complete opening and closing duties.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of grill or line cooking experience preferred.
- Experience operating commercial flat-top grills.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and temperatures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication.
- Experience in a kosher kitchen is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
