Part-Time Front Desk Agent

HEI Hotels + Resorts - - Responsibilities: Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with arrival and departure; Complete the registration process using a computer system and confirm guest details; Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts and brand programs; Code electronic keys and manage room assignments based on guest needs; Handle payments including cash, vouchers, traveler's checks, and currency exchange; Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts; Answer and route phone calls and input messages; Retrieve mail and packages for guests; Close guest accounts at check-out and address dissatisfaction by negotiating solutions; Manage guest complaints and provide effective resolutions while remaining calm during emergencies; Comply with attendance rules and perform other job duties as assigned
