Quick Facts Location: St. Louis, MO Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Night Shift (3x12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours/Week: 36 hours/week Employment Type: Contract (W-2) License/Certs: MO license required, BLS certification required, ACLS preferred Experience: 1.5-2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant APP experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $100.50/hour Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via Direct Deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient Hematology & Oncology care for adult patients, including bone marrow transplants and cellular therapies Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions Conduct daily patient rounding, discharge planning, and patient/family education Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications (GVHD, CRS, ICANS) Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care Document patient progress and procedures accurately in Epic EMR Support hospital's commitment to high-quality, compassionate care What You Need Required: Missouri license as a Nurse Practitioner Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology (or relevant specialty) BLS certification 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience Preferred: ACLS certification Experience managing transplant complications About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading hospital in St. Louis, providing inpatient care for adult patients undergoing complex hematology and oncology treatments, including bone marrow transplants.
